Warranty for Your CNC Machine
SYIL warrants that your machine is free from manufacturing and material defects.
SYIL machines have a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase, based on normal use.
If a problem occurs with a SYIL machine included in these warranty terms and the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect material or by workmanship; SYIL will repair your machine free of charge in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated here. To keep your machine warranty valid the machine needs to be used, maintained and operated in compliance with SYIL safety and operating instructions.
Warranty is machine and customer dependent; warranty cannot be transferred to another person or company.
The SYIL machine warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. SYIL’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at the discretion of manufacturer, parts or components. Shipment for items replaced under warranty is free, but the shipment method is at the discretion of SYIL.
Warranty does not cover:
• Any damage caused by misuse, neglect in usage or maintenance, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, water, unsuitable storage, excessive impact or transport damages.
• Defects caused by spare parts, accessories or components other than SYIL original spare parts or accessories.
• Tools that have been modified, repaired or attempted to repair (by others than SYIL authorized service personnel), partly or completely disassembled.
• Any damage caused by dust collection due to neglect in usage or maintenance.
Parts repaired / replaced by a SYIL authorized service center within the one-year warranty period, carry a three-month warranty. Repairs performed during the warranty period do not lengthen or renew the original warranty period of the machine.
No other than SYIL has the authority to change, extend or add to given warranty terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice.
This warranty does not cover compensations for downtime, production loss, injuries or property damages.
Submitting a warranty claim
To submit a warranty repair claim, contact SYIL. A warranty claim must be submitted as soon as possible and within the warranty period.
